My Fellow College Students...

Today I want to talk about how good college eating can be. And let other college students know there are so many ways to eat healthy on a small budget. Mondays are ridiculous. I have a lab from 9:45-11:45 and then math from 2-3 and a lecture from 4:30-7. Needless to say, I have little time to cook. So I have to pack my dinner.

But seriously, doesn't that look good? It's super easy!!!

Exhibit A: Chicken, Salad and Green Peppers.
Chicken: Buy frozen chicken (pretty cheap) and marinade with orange juice, garlic and onion salt. Fry it up and put the leftovers in a bag for the rest of the week!
Salad: Spinach is a lifesaver. Good on anything, full of nutrients and pretty decently priced. Add some feta (the most expensive) and strawberries. Then put poppysead dressing on top. Honestly these ingredients tend to go bad faster. So split the cost with a friend and share! Roommates can be the best when you need to make grocery runs.
Green Peppers: Super yum. Super Healthy. Super Cheap. Like 59 cents cheap.

Apples and peanut butter: Pretty self explanatory. It's a great source of sugar and protein and can be inexpensive if you buy the right apples. That's all for now folks! Tune in next time:)
